This website is provided to you subject to the following conditions which you must agree to before using the Site. Please read the Terms carefully as they may affect your legal rights and obligations. If a conflict exists between the Terms, these Terms of Service will control. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and Terms at any time. If any part of the Terms shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that part shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Fido Inc. accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.  We do not currently accept international wire transfers, PayPal, or Smart Cards.

Fido Inc. attempts to be as accurate as possible; however, Fido Inc. does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Fido Inc. itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

 

We cannot confirm the price of an item sold by Fido Inc. until you order. We will charge your credit card at the time your order has been received and approved, after which you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order. On rare occasions, items on our Site may be miss-priced. If an item's correct price is higher than the stated price, we will, at our discretion, (i) contact you for instructions before processing the order, or (ii) cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

When you visit the Site or send e-mails to us, you consent to receive communications from us electronically either by e-mail or by posting notices on the Site. Your email is never shared with outside sources! You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
